Aimed at credit union professionals who are well-versed with ordering coin and currency through Premier View, this one-hour session is designed to tackle everyday challenges in the coin and currency world. We will share the best strategies for depositing funds back to the vault, handling supply orders and maintaining your credit union’s branch contacts. We’ll also help you locate the manuals, guides and forms in Premier View’s Help Center.

Suggested Prerequisite: Determine before the session if your credit union must comply with the Dodd-Frank Remittance Transfer Rule.

As a Training Specialist, Kristin Jaklitsch delivers product and service training to Alloya’s members, specializing in ACH Services, Coin & Currency Services, Domestic Wires, International Wires, Member to Member Transfers, Premier View Administration and Foreign Items. Kristin began her career at Alloya as a Member Services Associate in 2016 and was promoted to Product Specialist in 2019, a position where she helped create procedures and documentation for her colleagues in the Member Services Department and supported the training process for newly hired Member Service Representatives. With her deep experience in member products and training, Kristin transitioned to Alloya’s Training Department in 2021, where she has been able to further strengthen the training and education program that Alloya provides to its members.
