Wiring funds abroad? Join us for this 90-minute session where you will learn how to process international wires through Alloya’s one-stop transaction system, Premier View. This training will give you the knowledge necessary to successfully:
- Create an international wire.
- Create and modify recurring wire templates.
- Approve wires.
- Determine foreign exchange rates
- Determine what information is required from your member.
- Required disclosures if your credit union is required to comply with the Dodd-Frank Remittance transfer rule.

As a Training Specialist, Kristin Jaklitsch delivers product and service training to Alloya’s members, specializing in ACH Services, Coin & Currency Services, Domestic Wires, International Wires, Member to Member Transfers, Premier View Administration and Foreign Items. Kristin began her career at Alloya as a Member Services Associate in 2016 and was promoted to Product Specialist in 2019, a position where she helped create procedures and documentation for her colleagues in the Member Services Department and supported the training process for newly hired Member Service Representatives. With her deep experience in member products and training, Kristin transitioned to Alloya’s Training Department in 2021, where she has been able to further strengthen the training and education program that Alloya provides to its members.
