Join us for this 30-minute session to learn tips and tricks for processing various deposit items using Branch Capture . We will discuss detecting and fixing piggybacked items, dealing with duplicate items, scanning problematic items and addressing FAQs that affect our users. We will also have an additional Q&A session for any other issues that you have experienced regarding scanning or researching images.

Joining the corporate as a trainer in 2015, Anton Bossio has become a product expert on Alloya’s remote deposit capture suite, TranzCapture, and the online platform, TranZact, through which credit unions manage their members’ check deposits. Anton presents multiple trainings each month on Alloya’s extensive product offerings, focusing primarily on check processing services.
