Background Verification

As indicated on the application form, employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check, which may include employment verification, education verification, professional license verification, criminal history, credit history and OFAC/sanctions screening. The background check is authorized by the prospective employee and completed by Alloya and/or a third-party vendor. A copy of the background report is typically provided to the prospective employee by the third-party vendor upon completion.

Alloya generally does not conduct background checks on current employees. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis pending a risk assessment validating the reason and approval by senior management.
