When dealing with exceptions, it’s pretty easy to make a decision for non-sufficient funds, closed accounts, and bad account numbers. However, it’s those special exceptions that take more time to process. Depending on the “story,” we may have to ask which one should be used in a given situation. In this session, we’ll cover those situations and the rules that apply for revoked authorizations, stop payments, and written statements of unauthorized debits.
