Payments don’t always follow a set schedule and that’s where non‑scheduled ACH templates come in. This session focuses on how to use non‑scheduled templates to support flexible, on‑demand payment processing while reducing manual entry and improving accuracy.

This 30-minute session will cover:

  • Differences between scheduled and non‑scheduled templates
  • When to use non‑scheduled templates
  • Use cases
  • Overview of creating and using non‑scheduled templates in PayLOGICS

As Coordinator, Training, Kristin Jaklitsch delivers product and service training to Alloya’s members, specializing in ACH Services, Coin & Currency Services, Domestic Wires, International Wires, Member to Member Transfers, Premier View Administration, Foreign Items and Real-Time Payments. Kristin began her career at Alloya as a Member Services Associate in 2016 and was promoted to Product Specialist in 2019, a position where she helped create procedures and documentation for her colleagues in the Member Services Department and supported the training process for newly hired Member Service Representatives. With her deep experience in member products and training, Kristin transitioned to Alloya’s Training Department in 2021, where she has been able to further strengthen the training and education program that Alloya provides to its members.
