Learn how Alloya’s ACH Receipt program delivers your credit union's ACH transaction files safely and conveniently. With Alloya as your receiving point, you will be able to easily retrieve your posting file, create returns or notifications of change and archive detailed reports through our Internet-based system.
Join us for this one-hour session. The learning objectives will include:
- Retrieving and archiving ACH Receipt files and reports
- Creating returns and notifications of change
- Uploading return files
- ACH rules and regulations will not be covered in this course. We encourage you to seek out our other ACH training courses to satisfy this need.

As Coordinator, Training, Kristin Jaklitsch delivers product and service training to Alloya’s members, specializing in ACH Services, Coin & Currency Services, Domestic Wires, International Wires, Member to Member Transfers, Premier View Administration, Foreign Items and Real-Time Payments. Kristin began her career at Alloya as a Member Services Associate in 2016 and was promoted to Product Specialist in 2019, a position where she helped create procedures and documentation for her colleagues in the Member Services Department and supported the training process for newly hired Member Service Representatives. With her deep experience in member products and training, Kristin transitioned to Alloya’s Training Department in 2021, where she has been able to further strengthen the training and education program that Alloya provides to its members.
