The ATM and ITM (Automated Teller Machine and Interactive Teller Machine) Capture services allow consumers to more efficiently make envelope-free check deposits at image-enabled automated teller machines and interactive teller machine video terminals. Image files are transmitted for processing immediately with enhanced risk mitigation features. Credit unions can customize a number of risk thresholds to manage and review deposited items.

In addition to the features and benefits provided by all TranzCapture services, ATM/ITM Capture provides the following solutions:

  • Customization of review thresholds by location, batch count, batch amount and single item amount
  • Reporting based upon machine location and batch

TranzCapture has integrations in place with select versions of Diebold and NCR ATMs, Glory Intelligent Kiosks and NCR ITMs.
