Doug Hoelscher, SVP, Chief Financial Officer

As SVP, Chief Financial Officer, Hoelscher is responsible for overseeing the corporate’s accounting and financial information management functions. This includes financial and regulatory reporting, accounts payable, billing, budgeting, profitability reporting and financial analysis that supports strategic initiatives.

With nearly three decades in the industry, Hoelscher served in several senior leadership roles prior to Alloya. He previously held titles of Vice President of Finance for U.S. Central Federal Credit Union, Chief Financial Officer for Alterra Bank, and most recently, President of TruHome Solutions, LLC, a CUSO providing mortgage services to credit unions nationwide.

Additionally, he has served on the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities of Kansas City/St. Joseph since 2022.

Hoelscher holds his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
