To receive the $255 room rate available for September 4-6, make hotel reservations by 5:00 pm CT on August 16, 2019, by calling (888) 627-8359. Be sure to mention Alloya Corporate FCU. Online reservations are also available by visiting https://bit.ly/2HkaqJQ. The $255 rate is available +/- three days from the conference dates and is based on availability.
Tax Exemptions: Illinois hotels do not accept tax exemptions from overnight guests, unless the guest is staying for 31 nights or more.
Parking: If you plan on driving and parking at the hotel, Alloya’s strategic partner, SimpliCD (managed by Primary Financial), will pay for a portion of the fee. Normally, the fee for overnight parking is $69/night. The fee you will be charged for overnight or day parking is $25.
The hotel is located approximately 25 minutes from Midway Airport and 35 minutes from O’Hare Airport (during non-peak driving times).
Transportation to/from O'Hare International Airport

There is a shuttle service that runs from the airport to the downtown hotels that departs throughout the day. The shuttle stop is located outside terminals near baggage claim. - Blue Line Train: 24-hour service; cost is $2.25 one-way per person; travel time to downtown is 40 minutes; exit train at LAKE/CLARK. The hotel is within walking distance or an approximate $5.00 taxi ride from the train.
