Deposit Image Access
Alloya’s Deposit Image Access service enables your credit union to offer members the ability to query images of remotely deposited checks through your home banking/mobile banking applications.
This service is especially beneficial for credit unions whose vendors pass the depositor’s account number with the item. While Alloya has found that most ATM vendors, some mobile vendors and some X9 file processors pass this number with item, others do not. For credit unions on TranzCapture Branch scanning who wish to offer their members the capability to query the images of their deposited checks, staff can manually enter the depositor’s account number into the system so it can be passed with the item for processing.
