Why is it that some people always seem to get the breaks and opportunities while others get overlooked? Perhaps they do a better job of setting themselves up to be in the right place at the right time with the right skills.

Everyone has an opportunity to be a leader, even a great leader. Whether it is taking control of your career, owning your actions, or using your current skills and talents to your advantage, this webinar will touch on several highlights to sharpen your leadership skills. Through trial, error and failure come some of the most significant learnings you will ever find.

We all have the same amount of time – 1,440 minutes a day – and each of us determines how to spend it. The two most important investments you can make with your valuable time are building relationships and developing yourself.

Every industry would benefit from developing a leader’s skills and traits within their organization. Those with a drive to succeed want more and will continue to seek out knowledge and grow. Whether you are a young professional, new supervisor, manager, vice president, or in the C-suite, you will find something in this presentation to help you spark new ideas and put those ideas into practice.

During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn how simplicity and common sense play an essential role in developing your talents and how to use them to create a platform for success.
  • Adapt, migrate or perish — the only three choices you have.
  • Understand how honesty, integrity and humility set the stage for your actions.
  • Learn what you can do when change is all around, and self-doubt creeps in.
  • Expand your ideas through innovative techniques and planning.
