You were born with the capacity for joy! Science shows us that by the time you were seven years old, your pure ”operating system” of love and joy was infected with viruses, malware, apps and other people’s programs! Joy at work boosts sales by 37%, increases productivity by 31%, reduces errors by 18% and boosts chances of promotion by 40%. Joy matters!
Your brain can be rewired for joy, and this session will teach you how. You will learn how to stop stress from killing you, how to be resilient, how to be the best version of yourself, how to refocus on what matters, and how to take responsibility for your choices and behavior!
Everything in business is about feelings. Trust, empathy, confidence, cooperation, collaboration, leadership, responses to change – these are just some of the elements (feelings) that create a great culture and team.
As 2021 comes to a close, the goal of this session is to help you wrap up the year on a high note and enter the new year with a brain rewired for joy. Amanda Gore will help you feel good about yourself and, by doing so, change the way you interact with your colleagues, members and family.
