Rina Pantano, President and Chief Executive Officer, NJ Gateway Federal Credit Union

Rina Pantano is President and Chief Executive Officer of NJ Gateway Federal Credit Union, a role she has held since 2002. Prior to that, she served as the CEO of Rutgers Federal Credit Union.

An active leader in the credit union industry, Pantano served as Board Chair of the New Jersey Credit Union League for three of her 10 years of service and led numerous committees as well. Pantano has served on CUNA Mutual’s Credit Union Select Council in addition to service as a member of the Credit Union National Association’s Small Credit Union Committee and the World Leadership Committee. She is very passionate about the credit union movement!

Pantano is an active contributor in her community. Some of the roles she has served in include: Board of Trustees member for the South Brunswick Library (10 years) and volunteer teacher, providing financial literacy to elementary, middle and high school students. She served on the South Brunswick Township Budget and Transportation Committees. She is a volunteer catechist and finance committee member in her church, served in several roles in the parent teacher organization at her children’s schools and has been a trustee for the Freehold Township Education Foundation.

She holds her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
