The FFIEC Authentication Guidelines is a supplement that reinforces and updates expectations regarding customer authentication, layered security, and other controls in the online banking environment. This session will review the recommended adjustments that a financial institution should make in this area and will cover specific minimum components that should be part of the financial institution's customer awareness and education program.
