Responsible for managing Balance Sheet Solutions LLC, a CUSO owned by Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union. Manages the approximately 8 million revenue producing CUSO and 30 employees with three primary products offered – ALM Risk Management, Brokered Certificates and Marketable Securities and Investment Advisory Services.
Provides strategic direction, oversees development of new business and management of existing business.
Will lead the team and provide strategic guidance to identify growth and business opportunities.
Responsible for the profitability of Balance Sheet Solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 15 years of experience preferably in a senior Investments or Asset Liability Management
and/or advisory role in a financial institution.
A college degree and a professional certificate or a post-graduate degree. CFA and or CPA certification
External contacts are vital, not only for the success of the position, but the success of the company
overall. Work frequently involves extensive personal contact with the Board of Directors, community
leaders, business leaders, and internal senior level managers. Motivating others or getting them to do
things that they might not do otherwise is a key to success for incumbents in this position.
Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common trade and technical journals, financial reports and legal
documents. Ability to respond to inquiries from members, regulatory agencies or members of the business
community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and
format. Ability to effectively present information to CEO and Alloya Board of Directors, public groups,
and/or outside Boards of Directors.
